Psychology

In case of illness, stress and life crisis, we offer consultations with our psychologist. We combine traditional psychology with a new and holistic approach.
You will get a different understanding of yourself and thereby more clarity about your situation. With simple tools, you get the help to make the necessary changes in your life and take better care of yourself.
We get to the core of matters and often find undiscovered potentials that bring new sides of yourself into the light. Thus you can use your resources in a way that gives you renewed life energy.

Illness is a sign of imbalance
If you are in a good inner balance and take care of yourself, you will not get physical or mental problems. It is when we as humans are stressed that all the commonly known symptoms and illnesses appear. It is therefore a cry-out from the inside of you that something in your life is not okay and that you have to make the necessary changes to get better again.

Symptoms of imbalances can be:

  • Anxiety or panic attacks
  • Stress
  • Insomnia
  • Low self-esteem
  • Depression
  • Self Injury
  • Illness of any kind
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Old shock or trauma

Treatment of the cause
We look at the reason behind your illness. If you can not say NO and often put your own needs aside privately or professionally, then at some point it will turn into e.g. stress or depression because you get out of balance when you do not care for yourself.
When you listen to yourself and act to meet your own needs, your stress or depression will disappear because you are now taking care of yourself and doing what is right for you. The reason for the imbalance is therefore no longer present.
When you learn to stand by yourself, you will also get to know yourself in a new way that no longer gets you into the same imbalances as those which caused you problems.

Quick help for changes
In order for you to get better soon, you get tools at each consultation, which makes it possible for you to make the desired and necessary changes in your daily life.
Even after 1-3 consultations you will experience noticeable changes. Therefore, there is no need for long term treatment and regular followups. You can just book a consultation when needed, e.g. when your life situation changes and you need someone to talk to about your present situation.
With simple tools we get into the core of you and your problem, so that your own understanding of yourself and your own life changes fundamentally. With a new focus you will be able to create the life you want.

Supportive treatment in addition to psychology
When we get illness, stress or crisis in our life, it can cause other health problems than the psychological ones. If necessary, we can support your psychological treatment with some of the clinic´s other treatments.
If necessary, we also write the needed psychological certificates in connection with sick leave.

ADHD, ADD and Sensitivity
